Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician to deliver specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and optimizing post-acute rehab outcomes.

You will work a 32-hour weekly schedule with a supportive infrastructure, including virtual scribe assistance and education opportunities to advance your CRC career.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP/APRN/PA licensure and be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Colorado license required.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Demonstrated empathy and teamwork.
• Ability to lead clinical initiatives and collaborate with therapy teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC with strong clinical leadership at your facility.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF-related conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Track patient progress and address barriers to therapy.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture-building initiatives.
• Promote CRC education and clinician training in the region.
