Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is hiring a Front Desk Host for the PM shift. The role centers on welcoming guests, check-in/out, processing payments, and ensuring a positive first impression during every stay.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to flex shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, hourly role with benefits after 30 days of employment.

Formación

• Hotel/Front Desk experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• This is a PM position with shifts starting between 2pm-4pm. Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and create the first impression with top-level service.
• Handle guest registration and processing of payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and upsell hotel rooms.
• Serve as the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and maintain guest satisfaction.
