Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking friendly Front Desk Hosts to welcome guests and create the first impression of our hotel. You will handle registrations, payments, and guest inquiries while promoting room upgrades and packages.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hotel/front desk experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and assist with upselling hotel rooms.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide top-level service during stay.
