Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking friendly Front Desk Hosts to welcome guests and create the first impression of our hotel. You will handle registrations, payments, and guest inquiries while promoting room upgrades and packages.

We offer a collaborative team environment with strong benefits eligibility. This PM role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and provides opportunities to develop guest-service skills in a premier Hyatt property.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hotel/front desk experience preferred.

Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms. Our front desk hosts are the first point of contact, and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!
