Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is hiring a Front Desk Host for the PM shift. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and upsell rooms, acting as the first point of contact and the face of our hotel.

This full-time, hourly role offers a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and opportunities to grow within Hyatt properties, in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms. Qualifications

Hotel/Front Desk experience (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

• This is a PM position with shifts starting between 2pm-4pm. Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
