Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is hiring a Front Desk Host for the PM shift. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and upsell rooms, acting as the first point of contact and the face of our hotel.

This full-time, hourly role offers a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and opportunities to grow within Hyatt properties, in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Formación

• Experience in hotel/front desk operations.
• Ability to perform guest registration and handle payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Shift availability including 2pm–4pm, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Register guests and process payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and upsell hotel rooms.
• Serve as the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.
