Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is hiring a Front Desk Host for the PM shift. The role centers on welcoming guests, check-in/out, processing payments, and ensuring a positive first impression during every stay.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to flex shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, hourly role with benefits after 30 days of employment.

Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms. Our front desk hosts are the first point of contact, and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
