Job summary

Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who will be the heartbeat of hospitality, guiding a team to greet guests warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly, and elevate every guest interaction. You will balance guest satisfaction with efficient operations, train new staff, resolve guest concerns, and uphold safety and standards.

A high school diploma and 2–3 years in hospitality with supervisory experience are preferred; CPT/food certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth; manage check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
• Track logs, messages, and packages; ensure timely handling.
• Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue and value.
• Lead and train associates; address guest concerns and safety standards.
