Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, Plumbing Division, seeks a Scheduling & Locate Coordinator to streamline operations between homeowners, builders, inspectors, and field crews. You will handle high-volume warranty scheduling, monitor builder portals, coordinate municipal inspections, and assist with utility locating.

The ideal candidate is communicative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn cross-functional duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in office administration, high-volume scheduling, customer service, or field dispatching.
• Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, utility locating, trades, or warranty coordination is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Scheduling & Communications: Schedule and coordinate monthly warranty appointments with homeowners and builders; manage up to 100 emails daily with strong customer service.
• Builder & Municipal Coordination: Monitor builder portals daily; schedule and track municipal inspections for timely sign-offs and compliance.
• Utility Locating & Field Support: Submit and track inspection calls/tickets to locate underground utility lines; coordinate with field crews.
• Team Cross-Training & Flexibility: Participate in cross-training for additional duties as workload shifts.
• Administrative & Special Projects: Maintain scheduling records and logs in Microsoft Excel.
