Qualifications

• 1–3 years in office admin, high-volume scheduling, or field dispatching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software; quick to learn proprietary builder portals.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Scheduling & Communications: schedule monthly warranty appointments and manage up to 100 emails daily.
• Builder & Municipal Coordination: monitor builder portals and schedule inspections for timely sign-offs.
• Utility Locating & Field Support: submit, track inspection calls to locate underground utilities.
• Team Cross-Training & Flexibility: participate in cross-training to learn additional duties.
• Administrative & Special Projects: maintain scheduling records and reporting in Excel.
