• 2+ years in customer support or operations coordination.
• Construction or plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in data entry, documentation, and typing.
• Strong ability to prepare, review, and understand reports, spreadsheets, forms, and job-related documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of communications via phone, email, and service requests; coordinate between field personnel and clients.
• Research and analyze job history data and follow up with clients and field personnel to plan workflow promptly.
• Create work orders and schedule jobs considering urgency, availability, and priorities.
• Document and maintain accurate project information within the job management system.
• Work closely with construction, inventory, and internal support teams to ensure job readiness and material availability.
• Assist with coordination between departments to support smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-training and provide backup support to team members when needed.
• Help maintain strong internal and external customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Support additional department projects and responsibilities as assigned.
