Job summary

Stancil Services seeks a Scheduling Coordinator – Plumbing to support scheduling operations for a construction phase. You will enter, verify, and manage scheduling data, coordinate inspections, locates, and EPOs, and maintain clear communication between field teams, customers, and internal departments.

This role offers growth toward a future lead position with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience in customer service or construction support preferred.
• Familiarity with BOLT or other scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduling and coordination tasks for the assigned construction phase under guidance.
• Enter, maintain, and verify scheduling data within BOLT and Excel.
• Review builder portals daily to identify scheduling updates and ensure timely EPO submission.
• Maintain daily oversight of portals addressing updates, EPO submissions, and inquiries about crew ETAs.
• Communicate with field teams and customers to confirm job readiness and scheduling updates.
• Schedule and track inspections, locates, and related services as required.
• Process and verify EPOs accurately and timely.
• Support document control, data entry, and reporting for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Scheduler to maintain alignment and provide backup coverage.
• Cross-train across other construction phases to provide coverage during peak periods.
