Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator – Plumbing to support the scheduling operations team for a construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim). This role handles administrative and coordination tasks related to scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs while ensuring clear communication between field teams, customers, and internal departments.

You'll work closely with the Scheduler to keep job readiness data accurate in scheduling platforms and provide backup coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems preferred (e.g., BOLT).
• Customer service or construction support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduling and coordination tasks under supervision.
• Enter and verify scheduling data in BOLT and Excel.
• Monitor builder portals for updates and EPO tracking.
• Coordinate inspections and locate services as required.
• Communicate with field teams and customers on readiness and updates.
• Provide backup support and cross-train across phases.
• Support document control, data entry, and reporting.
