Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator – Plumbing to support scheduling across a construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim). You will manage scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs while keeping data accurate in scheduling platforms and collaborating with field teams, customers, and internal departments.

This role offers growth toward a future lead position and emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and cross-functional cooperation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college coursework, trade certification).
• Strong administrative and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with BOLT or other scheduling systems.
• Experience in customer service or construction support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduling tasks under guidance of Scheduler or Lead.
• Enter and verify scheduling data in BOLT and Excel.
• Review builder portals daily for updates and EPO tracking.
• Communicate with field teams and customers on readiness and updates.
• Schedule inspections, locates, and related services.
• Process and verify EPOs accurately and timely.
• Support document control, data entry, and reporting.
• Cross-train across phases to provide coverage during high volumes.
