Clarify is seeking a product-focused individual in San Francisco to drive impactful product changes. You'll own the PLG surface area, shipping improvements from day one.

The role emphasizes high-velocity execution, strong product judgment, and a design-centric approach. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founding team to enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth through self-serve strategies.

Qualifications

• Shipped product improvements at high velocity in a startup environment.
• Strong product judgment, identifying gaps for improvement.
• Strong design taste and ability to execute on it.
• Direct customer engagement to validate product decisions.
• Interest in CRM and go-to-market problems.
• Technical capability across the stack.
• Prior experience with PLG or growth mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Review the product and identify gaps in the user experience.
• Ship product improvements starting in week one.
• Own product and UX decisions without handoffs.
• Build a measurement framework for the activation funnel.
• Collaborate with the founding team on self-serve strategies.
