Job summary

Deepgram in San Francisco is hiring a Staff Product Manager focused on product-led growth. You will own developer funnel from first touch to committed customer, defining what good looks like and shipping the product that moves it.

This is a founding-era team where you shape the process, partner with engineering, design, and analytics, and report to the VP of Self-Serve. You’ll prototype, run SQL checks, build landing pages, and ship iteratively with a weekly rhythm of ideas, experiments, and

Qualifications

Experience leading PLG funnels (activation, conversion, retention or acquisition) with measurable impact.
Strong PM with end-to-end ownership and outcomes.
Ability to prototype and reason about engineering tradeoffs.
Experience with AI-native workflows.
Ability to work with executives and communicate decisions.

Responsibilities

Own growth of the PLG funnel and experiments.
Oversee onboarding, the developer console, and the activation path for developers.
Build and manage the experimentation platform, either in-house or using best tools.
Maintain a weekly rhythm of shipping, measuring, and learning from outcomes.
Collaborate with developer relations, marketing, sales, customer success, and analytics.
