Kong is seeking a Senior PLG Digital Growth Manager in San Francisco to build and scale a product-led growth engine. You will own growth targets, optimize the journey from digital discovery to signup, and collaborate across Marketing, Product Growth, and RevOps.

You will prototype and launch experiments, leverage AI for scale, and drive activation through data-driven strategies that improve funnel performance and quality of users acquired.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in PLG, digital growth, or related B2B SaaS
• Experience building or scaling self-service/product-led motions
• Track record of launching and optimizing growth experiments
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRO, lifecycle, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical skills using product, behavioral, and cohort data
• Comfort with modern analytics, experimentation, automation, AI, and no-code/low-code growth tools
• Ability to operate cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, RevOps, Analytics, and Engineering
• A builder mentality with bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating
• Experience with developer/infrastructure/API/cloud audiences is a plus

• Leverage AI to scale growth; automate workflows and personalize experiences.
• Connect acquisition to activation by partnering with Product Growth to improve targeting and messaging.
• Turn data into growth with funnel measurement, cohort analysis, and product signals.
• Orchestrate across Marketing to convert PLG opportunities into execution.
• Lead cross-functional PLG growth with Marketing, Product Growth, and RevOps.
