Prime Talent Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Founding Product Manager for Growth (PLG) in New York. You will own the self-serve funnel from acquisition to activation, drive growth experiments, and spend most of your time coding to ship improvements.

Ideal candidates understand PLG, onboarding, activation, and conversion, with experience shipping UX-enhancing solutions. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to accelerate growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of PLG, user onboarding, activation, and conversion.
• Hands-on coding with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to build and run A/B tests, growth experiments, and funnel analysis.
• Experience shipping solutions that improve UX, not just creating product designs.
• Understanding of UX reviews within CI workflows.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a real product, startup, or side project.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the self‑serve growth funnel, from acquisition to activation.
• Identify drop‑offs and improve user conversion.
• Spend approximately 80% of your time coding and shipping growth experiments.
• Work directly with the founders to drive rapid growth.
