Qualifications

• 8–12 years in product management, with 4+ years in growth, PLG, or self-serve roles.
• Experience presenting to CEO/CRO/CFO/board on growth mechanics and pricing.
• Strong analytics fluency and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• B2B SaaS background; GTM, data, or sales-tech domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-scope growth surface from first impression to revenue.
• Define entry points, activation milestones, monetization moments, and signals.
• Run 8–10 experiments per sprint with pre-registration of hypotheses and metrics.
• Design self-serve paths and guide handoffs to sales when appropriate.
• Diagnose funnel with data, identify leaks, and propose measurable fixes.
