• Candidate understands PLG mechanics and growth loops.
• Experience working with GTM and business teams to drive revenue.
• Strong data-driven mindset with funnel/metrics obsession.
• Proven track record shipping experiments and iterating quickly.
• Experience optimizing AI-native coding workflows for speed.
• Ability to define technical direction in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own systems that drive growth for Town's core product.
• Improve invite flow and onboarding to maximize activation and virality.
• Build and monitor dashboards tracking invites per user, conversion, and revenue metrics.
• Design upgrade paths from free to paid and from individual to team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise features (SSO, admin controls).
