Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Director of the PLG User Experiences Team to drive product-led growth experiences across trial sign-up, checkout, onboarding and adoption. You’ll lead UX Designers, Content Designers, and Researchers to transform complex problems into seamless growth engines that link product adoption with revenue.

You will champion AI-enabled design processes, align design vision with business outcomes, and mentor a world-class team across multiple locations, reporting to the Group

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX Design or Product Design leadership, with a focus on SaaS and high-growth environments.
• Experience leading large-scale design organizations through complex digital transformations.
• Experience in e-commerce UX, particularly subscriptions and complex billing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the long-term product design vision aligned with brand, revenue targets and industry trends.
• Architect the UX for end-to-end growth experiences including conversion and activation.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of UX Designers, Content Strategists, and Researchers.
• Revolutionize internal workflows by integrating AI tools into the design process.
• Establish and enforce creative standards, design systems and content guidelines across PLG funnels.
• Bridge design, product management and engineering; communicate rationale to executives.
• Oversee integration of qualitative and quantitative user research into the design lifecycle.
