Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Director of the PLG User Experiences Team. You will lead a diverse group of designers, content strategists, and researchers to transform complex problems into seamless growth engines, bridging product adoption with revenue.

You’ll drive end-to-end experience strategy for trial sign-up, onboarding, and self-cancellation, while championing AI-enabled design and inclusive, on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX Design or Product Design leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale design organizations in SaaS/high-growth environments.
• Experience in e-commerce UX, especially subscription-based models and complex billing.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including product design, content strategy and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the long-term product design vision aligned with brand and revenue targets.
• Architect the UX for end-to-end growth experiences (conversion, onboarding, activation).
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing UX team across locations.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to accelerate prototyping and research synthesis.
• Establish design standards, systems, and content guidelines across all PLG funnels.
• Bridge design, product management, and engineering to influence decisions and feasibility.
• Lead usage of qualitative and quantitative research to inform iterations and improvements.
