DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the PLG User Experiences team. You will craft the end-to-end growth experiences from trial sign-up to adoption, align design with revenue targets, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive systemic value through AI-enabled design workflows.

You will recruit and mentor a world-class UX team across multiple locations, fostering diversity and creative excellence while ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX Design or Product Design leadership in SaaS/high-growth environments.
• Experience leading large design organizations through digital transformations.
• Experience in ecommerce UX, including subscription models and complex billing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the long-term product design vision aligned with brand and revenue targets.
• Architect end-to-end growth experiences including conversion, onboarding, retention, activation, and engagement loops.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of UX designers, content strategists, and researchers.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process and accelerate prototyping and research synthesis.
• Lead design reviews to ensure consistency and high-quality execution across PLG funnels.
• Bridge design, product management, and engineering to influence decisions and ensure feasibility.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative user research to inform iterative improvements.
