Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Product-Led Growth onboarding and adoption strategy. You will own the critical first-mile experience for millions of users—designing seamless activation loops, driving deep feature adoption, and accelerating Time-to-Value (TTV).

This role is outcomes-driven, operating at the intersection of UX, engineering, data science, and GTM teams to remove friction and test bold hypotheses with AI-powered personalization at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS (B2B/B2C).
• Experience using AI tools and frameworks to personalize user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a visionary PLG roadmap for fast activation.
• Uncover friction in user journeys and build scalable PLG mechanisms.
• Identify and deploy AI capabilities for context-aware growth experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Customer Success to remove roadblocks.
