Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Senior Director to lead the PLG User Experiences Team, guiding product-led growth experiences across trial, checkout, onboarding, and adoption. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering, drive a scalable design system, and mentor a world-class team across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, AI-enabled design workflows, and a results-focused culture, with hybrid in-office/remote work and a strong emphasis on inclusivity and leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX Design or Product Design leadership, including SaaS
• Experience leading large design organizations through complex digital transformations
• Experience in e-commerce UX, subscription-based models, and pricing ecosystems
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams including product design, content strategy and design, and user research

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the long-term product design vision aligned with brand and revenue targets
• Architect the UX for end-to-end growth experiences including conversion, onboarding, activation and retention
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of UX Designers, Content Strategists, and Researchers
• Integrate AI tools into the design process and optimize design systems for timely delivery
• Lead design reviews to ensure consistency, craft, and execution detail
• Bridge design, product management, and engineering to influence decisions and feasibility
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative user research and feed insights into iterations
