Docusign is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Product-Led Growth (PLG) focused on conversational AI and agentic experiences across docusign.com. Lead a cross-functional effort with Growth Marketing, Digital Business, Sales, and Product Engineering to shape a 12-month strategy that transforms customer engagement.

You will own prioritization, prototyping, and rollout of AI-powered lead generation and conversion flows, partnering with support, revenue, and analytics teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management with customer-facing product ownership
• Experience with conversational AI, customer experience automation, or adjacent spaces
• Experience prototyping and testing flows using AI tools
• Data-driven approach with growth and customer service metrics (resolution, containment, escalation quality)
• Experience with LLM-based products, prompt and behavior design
• Ability to influence executives and mentor talent

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice
• Drive lead generation forms and experiences across the global domain
• Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch decisions
• Build prototypes using AI tools to test flows and interfaces
• Define quality bars and evaluation frameworks for AI solutions
• Document technical solutions and operational procedures
• Collaborate with GTM, Support, Analytics, and Sales teams to translate field learnings into roadmap
