DocuSign is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Product-Led Growth (PLG) to lead the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational AI and agentic experiences across docusign.com. You will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Digital Business, Sales, and Engineering to deliver AI-powered lead generation and top-of-funnel experiences that drive growth and customer engagement.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of a customer-facing product focused on AI, automation, or related space.
• Experience manipulating design files and producing flows and basic mocks solo in Figma.
• Experience writing code to prototype AI features without heavy engineering dependency.
• Data-driven approach grounded in growth and customer service metrics (resolution, containment, CSAT).
• Experience with LLM-based products, including prompt and behavior design and AI quality practices.
• Ability to identify large business opportunities and apply full-funnel analytics to outcomes.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and mentoring junior product talent.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for a customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Prioritize lead generation flows and experiences for digital conversion metrics.
• Engage enterprise partners and translate asks into scalable product options.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define quality bars and governance for AI solutions and testing frameworks.
• Continuously optimize prompts, workflows, and user experiences.
• Collaborate with GTM, Partner Solutions, Support, and Success teams to feed field learnings back into the roadmap.
