Applegreen is seeking a Plaza Director to manage a multi-million-dollar travel plaza along a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service and exceed financial and performance targets.

You will ensure brand standards across all food concepts, drive growth, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with partners, and compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit leadership.
• Available to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift at least 20 pounds; travel occasionally to support other locations.
• Strong cost control and quality standards with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to meet sales, speed, customer satisfaction, brand, and food safety targets.
• Monitor financial and performance metrics; implement changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure plaza concepts adhere to brand standards and operational policies.
• Recruit, coach, train, promote, and manage plaza leadership; oversee staffing levels.
