Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, providing convenience, dining, and shopping options. As the Plaza Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term profitability of a multi-million-dollar plaza along a major highway.

You will lead a dedicated team to ensure fast, friendly service, uphold brand standards, and drive sales, food quality, and customer satisfaction while controlling costs and maintaining a safe, engaging work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Able to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
• ServSafe Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
