Applegreen is seeking a Plaza Director to oversee a multi-million-dollar travel plaza along a major highway. You will lead the plaza leadership team to achieve sales, service speed, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and food quality.

You’ll manage staffing, set strategic priorities, and collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Finance, and Maintenance to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit or big-box leadership roles.
• Ability to drive profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Strong cost-control and brand standard adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of plaza leadership to meet sales, speed of service, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor financial and performance metrics and implement strategic changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all food/beverage concepts adhere to brand standards and quality controls.
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork across the plaza.
• Recruit and develop staff, including coaching, training, and promotions.
