Compass Group USA is seeking a Community Ambassador to create a warm, professional environment as the primary reception contact for the Chicago office. You will ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standard and support executives and staff throughout daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in client service or hospitality, with strong communication, reliability, and a professional demeanor.

Competenze

• 2 to 3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, housekeeping, porter, or similar corporate environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset with ability to greet and assist guests professionally.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level customer support as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and executives.
• Greet guests professionally and ensure a welcoming, polished experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of office spaces including lobby and conference areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain kitchen areas for smooth daily operations.
