Job summary

SPS is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Ambassador to transform the office into a welcoming, seamless environment in Chicago. You’ll be the morning warmth and daily thoughtful touch for clients, visitors, and employees, blending hospitality with administrative coordination to exceed expectations.

You’ll lead client engagement, office services, and event support while maintaining spaces, gathering feedback, and ensuring safety. This role is on-site and full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience in client-facing or hospitality roles in a corporate setting is desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver personalized, thoughtful service.
• Maintain client preference profiles to tailor experiences and surprise-and-delight moments.
• Coordinate catering for meetings and events, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Conduct regular floor walks to keep common areas clean and welcoming.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services.
