• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate any unusual activity as needed.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and handle as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure timely response to concerns and uphold high customer satisfaction.
