You’ll shape strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive scalable business impact and platform success. Affirm is a remote‑first company with USA‑wide scope.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams.
• 12+ years in account management or partnerships or related roles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, SaaS, or related tech preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with strategy, develop exceptional teams, and shape how Affirm grows and strengthens platform partnerships.
• Set the vision and strategy for Account Management across a portfolio of platform partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization with accountable, strategically aligned teams.
• Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, and operational execution.
• Navigate complex business challenges balancing partner needs with Affirm’s priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with executives at strategic partners and advise on complex decisions.
• Influence broader commercial strategy through platform insights and market trends.
• Establish scalable operating models and performance frameworks across the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
