Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Representative to support our Platform team by engaging merchants and qualifying interest in Platform solutions, including Online Ordering. You will drive early sales motions with high-volume outreach and partner with Account Development to build a robust pipeline.

The role focuses on consultative discovery, tailored messaging, and solution-selling fundamentals to expand merchant relationships beyond the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound outreach or sales development.
• Proven track record meeting activity and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential merchants and key decision makers across assigned accounts.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, email, and other channels to surface interest in additional DoorDash solutions.
• Partner closely with Account Development teammates to advance qualified opportunities and move expansion efforts forward.
• Tailor messaging and discovery based on merchant needs, context, and solution fit.
• Strengthen skills in consultative discovery, value-based storytelling, and opportunity qualification.
• Gain exposure to solution-selling and account development motions that support merchant growth beyond the marketplace.
