Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs in a technology/engineering role.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development.

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Delivery: Define the platform strategy and drive delivery across portfolios.
• Platform Engineering & Developer Experience: Build internal platforms and self-service tools to lower developer load.
• DevOps & Automation Leadership: Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Solution Engineering & Integration: Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Team & Budget Management: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
• Metrics & Governance: Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics and compliance.
• Emerging Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services.
