Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Leader for HR Technology platforms to guide multi-cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and internal platforms. You will assemble and lead a high-performing team of platform engineers, DevOps, and SREs, driving engineering excellence, AI-enabled solutions, reliability, and cost optimization.

The Lead Director will prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and execute in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with product, architecture, and business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery.
• Build and scale internal platforms, self-service tools, and developer experience.
• Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps with security and observability.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
