Job summary

Speechify, a leading text-to-speech platform, is seeking a backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust APIs. You will work on public and internal APIs, including payment, subscription, auth, and analytics, aligning backend architecture with product goals.

Qualifications

• Proven backend development experience with TS/Node.
• Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS/Azure.
• Ability to ideate and implement with focus on urgency and impact.
• Preferred: Docker container deployments.
• Preferred: Kubernetes deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including public TTS and internal services.
• Oversee backend API landscape and optimize performance.
