Core duties include setting up equipment, monitoring donor conditions, maintaining logs, and responding to machine alarms. A high school diploma or GED is required, with healthcare exposure preferred and on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain high production standards.
• Maintain excellent donor experience and safety in line with company values.
• Stock and replenish supplies; keep a clean, professional work environment.
• Review donor identification and maintain donor confidentiality per SOPs.
• Set up and prepare equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis; label units/samples.
• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection with high standards of quality and safety.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines; respond to alarms and document exceptions.
• Monitor donor conditions and maintain safety and plasma quality.
• Maintain machine logs; calibrate and maintain equipment; dispose of waste per safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
