Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasmapheresis technician to execute the plasmapheresis process by performing venipunctures. The role focuses on maintaining donor safety and following all SOPs and safety protocols in a fast-paced donor center environment.

Responsibilities include setup, machine operation, calibration/maintenance, documentation, and training teammates as a designated trainer to ensure compliance and efficiency while delivering an excellent donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Completed training documentation before performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain Donor experience and high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness; stock supplies; report unsafe conditions; perform FIFO tasks.
