Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Documentation of training completed prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Deliver high-quality donor service and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Set up equipment, perform collections, label units accurately.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, troubleshoot alarms, manage adverse events.
