Job summary

CSL in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a donor center clerk to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening process for plasma pheresis. You will perform initial health checks, collect basic data, and answer donor questions in a courteous, compliant manner.

Role includes assisting with screening steps, recording donor information, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in accordance with SOPs and OSHA guidelines. Training and cross-training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and registering donors for suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history, basic medical questions, and measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger stick for hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Answer phones or transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety standards and confidentiality and document donor data accurately.
