Job summary

CSL Canton plasma collection center invites an orientated Donor Center Clerk to greet donors, guide them through registration, and assist with the screening procedure for plasma pheresis. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, customer service, and adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include health-screening support, answering questions, and maintaining donor confidentiality within a compliant, efficient center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process following SOPs, including health history, basic medical questions, and health screening procedures.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer callers and transfer to appropriate staff; support center operations and donor flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE and OSHA policies; ensure adequate supplies and forms are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
