Job summary

CSL is seeking an entry-level Donor Center Clerk to greet donors at the plasma collection center and perform initial registration to verify suitability for plasma pheresis.

Responsibilities include assisting with donor screening per SOPs, conducting health checks, performing finger sticks when required, and maintaining accurate data in the donor information system while ensuring confidentiality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical/health provider setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs and conduct health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
