Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a front-line Donor Center Associate to greet donors, conduct registration to verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, and assist with screening per SOPs. You will perform basic health checks and record donor data in the center’s information system.

After training, you may educate donors on the use of plasma-derived products, appointment systems, and center policies, while supporting cross-training and donor inquiries. Maintain safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, and basic questions per SOPs.
• Perform health screens: BP, pulse, weight, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit and protein.
• Educate donors on plasma products and center policies after training.
• Register or transfer donors based on training and center needs.
• Answer donor inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate donor data entry in the donor information system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
