Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking personnel to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening process. After training, provide education on screening procedures, health tests, and center policies while ensuring donor confidentiality.

You will assist with donor registration, respond to inquiries, and record donor data accurately in our electronic system, maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to HSE/OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and register them for eligibility.
• Assist donors through the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic health checks.
• Educate donors on screening, health tests, appointment system, and center policies after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Maintain donor data accurately in the electronic information system and ensure safety and confidentiality.
