Job summary

CSL is seeking an individual to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the initial registration to verify suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

You will assist with screening procedures, record donor data in the system, handle phone inquiries, and support safety and hygiene standards while maintaining confidentiality and professional, courteous communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical setting.
• Capable of basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures and data recording.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and compliance with SOPs.
