Job summary

CSL Vifor Fort Collins plasma collection center is hiring a Donor Services Associate. You will greet donors, help complete screening, and verify donor suitability for pheresis.

Under SOPs you assist with health history, screen questions, perform health checks, and record donor data in our electronic system. You may train and inform new donors about the process, appointments, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures per SOPs.
• Educate donors on screening, appointments, and nutrition as applicable.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and confidentiality of information.
