Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through screening procedures.
• Assist donors with completing the health history and health screening steps.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Educate donors on donation processes and center policies as training allows.
• Answer telephone inquiries or route to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor safety and notify staff of any reactions during/after donation.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required per organizational needs.
