Zusammenfassung

CSL is seeking a Donor Screening Clerk at our plasma collection center in Oklahoma City. You will greet donors, perform health screenings, record data, and educate donors about procedures and policies. Cross-training in other center areas may be required, with bilingual capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities include maintaining donor safety, answering questions, and ensuring accurate data entry in the donor information system, while adhering to SOPs and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 months of clerical or customer-service experience, preferably in medical/health setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and assist with screening procedures per SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other center areas as needed.
• May assist with donor registration and transfers as required.
